Corporate Clients

Prospective Entrants - Small-to-medium-sized information technology vendors with innovative solutions that are deployed in the private sector are miffed by the labyrinth and complex acquisition system of federal customers.  Some have entered the market then retreated, others want to pursue federal business but are not yet ready to deploy marketing and sales staff in the Beltway.  We work with our corporate client to:

  • accelerate its understanding of the nuances of the federal sector,
  • help it map its solutions against agency requirements,
  • assess its total available market & set appropriate goals for the federal market segment,
  • develop a coherent federal market strategy with an integrated & measurable marketing & sales plan to meet the market segment goal,
  • foster awareness by the relevant government and affiliated industry decision makers of the client & its innovative IT solutions, and
  • using transformative and best known federal marketing and business development methods, position the client's efforts for sustainable and profitable revenue and market share growth in the federal IT sector.

Established Players - Some IT vendors with established presence in the federal sector are experiencing stagnation in their growth or worst, market share and revenue reduction.  We work with our corporate client to:

  • measure the impact and identify the root causes of the problem,
  • develop a metric- and effects-based course of action to reverse the negative trend, and
  • using transformative and best known federal marketing and business development methods, reposition the client's efforts for sustainable and profitable revenue and market share growth in the federal IT sector.

Public Sector Clients

Federal, state and local government leaders have the responsibility for delivering on their agency’s core mission, in addition to taking on new, citizen-centric, technology-based initiatives.  The long-term success of many of these initiatives depends not only on agency leadership and funding, but also on bringing together an assortment of technology organizations and vendors that can be marshaled to sustain the initiatives and enabling them to thrive.  We work with our public sector client to:

  • design technology templates for the initiative,
  • identify technology suppliers that can be brought together for successful and repeatable pilots, and
  • develop citizen-centric and supplier-centric marketing and execution plans for the initiative.
